gm friends,
We know it’s the digital fashion edit, but we couldn’t not discuss the absolute chaos that is Ben Armstrong - aka BitBoy Crypto.
For some unknown reason, the former face of BitBoy decided to livestream his arrest on YouTube. Yes, you read that right. The livestream has since been deleted (but is circulating on X because once something is on the internet, it’s there forever) but Ben left the video on while interacting with a police officer - during which time the influencer said he had a gun in his car and a woman in his trunk.
“Cassie is in my trunk, my wife is aware we are here. My wife knows we came to do this. Cassie is the girl I had an affair with, she is involved in the situation. My wife knows.”
Absolutely unhinged.
Welp, we are now going to move on to fashion news and remain relaxed, unbothered, moisturised and in our lane.
I hope you enjoy reading this newsletter.

Apes Together Strong - BAPE 🤝 BAYC
Japanese streetwear icon BAPE is joining forces with the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) in a unique collaboration set to make waves.
The crossover was confirmed by Yuga Labs, the creators of Bored Ape, following a teasing tweet. The partnership will kick off with a limited-release streetwear collection during ApeFest Hong Kong in November.
Initially, it will be exclusively available to BAYC NFT owners before expanding to BAPE's Bapetaverse NFT holders and then the general public in December.
This exciting fusion of streetwear and NFT culture aims to revive the golden age of streetwear collecting, uniting two iconic brands with devoted fan bases.
Gucci Launches Cross-Metaverse Milan Fashion Week Experiences
The collection, called "Ancora," is described as a celebration of life, inclusivity, and humanity.
Gucci has extended this inclusivity to the metaverse by offering experiences on gaming platforms like Roblox, Zepeto, and QQ.
Unlike the real-life runway, which faced weather challenges, the metaverse experiences went off smoothly.
Gucci's Roblox space, now Gucci Ancora, takes visitors to a digital version of the Milan show's location, offering interactive quests and hidden surprises, bridging the gap between fashion and gaming.
🔭The Scope
As fashion trends rage on we’re witnessing both internal and external expansions. Today’s headlines are perfect examples of how this is happening. With BAYC collaborating with iconic legacy Japanese style brand BAPE (the perfect market fit), this is an internal expansion with a Web3 brand expanding into larger web2 domains. On the other hand, web2 fashion giants Gucci keep expanding into web3 with multiple drops and metaverse experiences, the latest of which is a cross platform showcase for Milan Fashion Week!

💫Shooting Star
This week’s shooting star is Ometh
Ometh is a French digital artist, striving to ‘push the boundaries of what fashion means’. This piece is named ‘Ambre’.
“Ambre, a curious young girl, discovered an unusual costume in her grandmother's attic. When she tried it on, she realized she could inflate it to float above the ground. Marie used this inflatable garment to move around her small coastal town, amazing the locals.”
