10KFT, the innovative shop for 1:1 NFT digital art accessories, now has a physical merchandise and goods store. And to celebrate the first anniversary of their NFT store, they're giving away free hoodies! To OGs, that is.

You can register for the airdrop if you own a 10KFT-supported PFP. You'll then receive an ERC-155 NFT redeemable for a 1:1 physical hoodie customized with your PFP. You will need to possess the individual NFT relating to the piece. No, it can't be your kid's drawing.

NFT collections that are supported include BAYC, Cool Cats, CryptoPunks, Gutter Cat Gang, Meebits, Moonbirds, MAYC, Nouns, and World of Women, to name a few. 10KFT is a shop created by Wagmi-San in Wenew Labs' New Tokyo metaverse. 

Wenew team -including Beeple, Michael Figge, and NFT-king Guy Oseary- has shown incredible audacity in their storytelling, artwork, and collaborations (recently with Gucci and Puma).

So if you're cold in the real world and own a supported PFP, take a flight to New Tokyo. It might just become the new city that never sleeps. And never gets cold.

Full speed ahead for Konami on web3, metaverse, and NFTs

And while you're there, you may want to drift your rental car in "regular" Tokyo. Japanese entertainment and video game giant Konami is looking to recruit NFT and metaverse staff. How's that resume going?

"Pro Evolution Soccer" and "Metal Gear" creator is actively chasing system engineers, programmers, designers, product managers, and intellectual property law, among other legal, product, and finance positions.

It won't be the first time Konami dips its feet into NFT waters. In January, they successfully released a Castlevania-themed NFT collection to celebrate the iconic game's anniversary, generating $160,000 in revenue.

Konami has always been an ahead-of-its-time company, even if they sometimes encountered pushback from fans. Some of them will always prefer EA Sports' FIFA over PES...

Every soccer fan knows it: Karim Benzema will win the prestigious Ballon d'Or Award this Monday. His 2021/2022 season was nothing but sensational. He'll also be the first soccer player ever to get an NFT "Ballon d'Or," as 2022 marks the entry of group l’Équipe into the Web3 space. 

While the four other winners of this year's awards will also receive an NFT (best female player, best under 21 male, best goalkeeper, and best striker), the Ballon d'Or NFT collection will drop on October 25 so that anyone can get a piece of the trophy and join the community

Contemporary artist Léo Caillard has designed fragments of pyrite, the stone that forms the base of the coveted trophy, creating 2022 NFTs associated with common or exceptional utilities, the latter being randomly associated with the rarest NFTs in the collection.
