It’s Been Over 2 Days, FranklinIsBored Is STILL Hacked!

Crypto influencer FranklinIsBored fell victim to a hack on Friday night, just as he was about to make a big announcement. The hackers took control of Franklin's account and even posted a tweet with an ETH address, claiming that the Bored Ape whale was launching their own memecoin called $FRANKLIN.

Me, 0.5 seconds after I purchase $FRANKLIN (I have very poor investment skills)

Crypto detective ZachXBT broke the news on Twitter, revealing that Franklin had informed him via text message. In no time, 27 transactions worth over 1.76 ETH occurred, and the hacker still maintains control over the account.

The hacker continues to tweet fake links and announcements, including one leading to a scam site called "green.franklin.

Can’t hack you if you don’t hold funds amirite?

Strangely, this incident follows a similar hack on July 9, 2022, almost 11 months ago. Some speculate a pattern at play.

Mark Cuban, the billionaire entrepreneur and TV personality, is diving deeper into the Web3 space by turning his book into an NFT.

In a partnership with Book.io, a decentralized marketplace for eBooks and Audiobooks, Cuban is bringing his book, "How to Win at the Sport of Business: If I Can Do It, You Can Do It," to life as an NFT on the Polygon blockchain.

The NFT version will be available for purchase on June 6th, 2023, for just 5 MATIC (around $5).

Cuban's venture into NFTs follows his involvement in the NBA Top Shot craze and his previous comments on buying digital land.
