Ether Aftermath: Founders Doxxed, Project Called Cash Grab

Et tu, Ether? The Ether NFT Drop is now at the mercy of the bear market. After a criticized whitelist mint, the project was forced to cut supply from 10k to 5,555 units. As of now, 3,678 collectibles remain for the public mint on July 9th.

Founded in 2022 by Viii, an NFT artist, CValley, a web3 collector, and with smart contracts by Cygaar, the project garnered attention for its anime-style artwork.

Initially priced at 1 ETH, they faced backlash and reduced it to 0.65 ETH. The team then allocated 1,750 NFTs for whitelisted users without clear rules.

Surprisingly, they cut the supply to 5,555 during the whitelist mint. Now, ~3,555 NFTs are available for public sale at 0.65 ETH, while whitelisted NFTs have a 0.6488 ETH floor price on OpenSea.

In the midst of all this chaos, some NFT community members chose to retaliate against the founders. Caught in the crossfire of market sentiment and malpractices, Twitter user Hax (@HaxWeb3) doxxed both CValley and Viii - the founders of Ether.

His argument extends to state that probably all Anime-based NFT projects are cash grabs, quote “From PXN to shinsekai to Azuki to killer gf to lives of Asuna”.

Ether’s utility remains undisclosed, but it promises potential with its artwork and strong team. Collectors should keep an eye on it after the public sale.

Logan Paul Forgets He Is A Scammer

Logan Paul is facing backlash for failing to reimburse CryptoZoo NFT buyers. The YouTuber came under fire six months ago for his involvement in the NFT game project, which ultimately never materialized.

Despite initially pledging to refund buyers, Paul has remained silent on the issue, leaving victims without resolution. Efforts to seek updates from Paul have been unsuccessful, with his team claiming they are still evaluating the best approach for refunds.

Additionally, promises made by Paul to burn his $ZOO tokens for transparency purposes have not been substantiated.

To add to this, the (now) WWE Superstar has blocked both Coffeezilla and ZachXBT on Twitter. The lack of action and transparency has left buyers frustrated and disappointed, while Logan Paul's reputation and integrity are still in question.

The fallout from the CryptoZoo controversy continues as the community seeks answers and accountability. Logan Paul & Co. literally have one job.
