Gaming startup GameOn is teaming up with LaLiga North America to launch NFT-based fantasy games for the Spanish soccer league's US and Canadian fans.

• Players can purchase LaLiga player packs as NFTs, assemble fantasy teams based on real-world performance, and enhance in-game avatars with digital gear.

• The LaLiga-branded web app is set to debut in early 2024, offering social chat features and prizes like cash, VIP match tickets, and signed merchandise.

GameOn aims to cater to dedicated users and plans to create games for both LaLiga divisions. The move into Web3 builds on GameOn's success in NFT-based games for sports leagues.

DeadFellaz TCG: The Horde Set To Thrill!

Deadfellaz, a popular Ethereum NFT project with a zombie theme, is diving into the world of digital trading card games (TCG) inspired by Hearthstone, Street Fighter, and anime.

• DFZ Labs will begin selling digital card boxes soon, and collectors can mint these card vaults, with public access opening later.

The game, codenamed RIP TCG, is in early development and aims to deliver lore and character exploration within the Deadfellaz universe. While details about gameplay are limited, it's described as a card-battler with interactive card characters.

The game intends to offer a short gameplay loop and integrate blockchain technology for card history and unlocks. Development begins in October, targeting an early 2024 release.

Yuga Labs is launching its second Twelvefold blockchain puzzle for the Web3 community tomorrow, offering participants a chance to win 0.12 BTC. Puzzle solvers will need an Ordinals wallet and some BTC to submit answers.
