• OpenSea claims Pawlak left in June 2023, unaware of his scam connections, citing his "limited scope."

• This follows a previous incident involving insider trading by a former OpenSea product manager.

SBF Trial - The Saga Continues…

Sam Bankman-Fried's trial, featuring former Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison's testimony, continues amid challenges like the denial of a Ukrainian FTX customer's remote testimony request.

• The trial, focused on fraud charges against Bankman-Fried, commenced in New York, with the judge suggesting a potentially quicker duration.

• Jurors received strict instructions, considering some have ties to crypto entities. Notably, no plea offer was made.
