3,000,000 users for Reddit NFTs

The light is green for Reddit, which seems to have successfully minted its latest NFT collection. 3 million of their 430 million monthly active users have opened crypto wallets to grab one of Redditā€™s Collectible Avatar NFTs.

With such a large user base, the social platform can bring many more people into the NFT space. There's no doubt other huge social networks look at Reddit's strategy with envy, as the company potentially now has more active wallets than OpenSea (2.3 million active wallets).

The Reddit Collectible Avatar NFT collection of 40,000 items available on the Solana blockchain sold out and is now available on the secondary market. For this first release, the company partnered with Reddit artists to create around 90 designs. These were then available for sale at prices ranging from $9.99 to $99.99. Some of the collectibles were also airdropped to the most engaged community members. Although the benefits seem limited for now, the reasonable prices and the strong confidence in the brand could turn Reddit collectibles into a massive success.

Creators willing to collaborate and submit their work are invited to fill out a form.

Dodoor collection: How many more red flags do you need?

Flags, lights, and even charts are red for the collection which recently appeared as the number-one position on OpenSea.

Seems like the people behind the collection are giving a masterclass on market manipulation, with newly created wallets involved, a unique NFT collection, and an army of Twitter bots to form a community.

Analyses from real Twitter users such as @punk9059, @0xDataWolf, or @RealDuckMaster all lead to the same outcome. No matter the angle.

Are you still feeling the need for speed and adrenaline?
