In the wake of one of the worst market frauds in crypto history, panic has ensued, and the memes have been seized. Many speculated that the Apes would be the next victim of tragedy. But one thing the Apes never do is die. The lesson? Never Fade Yuga. 

In the passing of the rollercoaster week that was, many creators lost funds, pushed back mint dates, and had a terrible time overall. But not Yuga. Yuga Labs emerged as true builders and survivors in the space. Their latest acquisition is web3 experience creator/curator company WENEW. Founded by none other than Beeple, Guy Oseary, and Michael Figge.

The purchase also means that Yuga now owns 10KTF - the unique digital NFT merchandise shop. Wagmi-san is also making his way into the Otherside metaverse!

'Yelling at Cat' Becomes a Charitable Act

Remember this meme?

Well, the most famous global meme of 2019 is now raising money for charity as an NFT.That's right - this well loved meme, which was Meme of the Year in 2020 (side note - how does one get an invite to these awards?) is now being sold at auction to raise money for the people of the Ukraine

This is the second NFT from project manager Eugene Lapitsky to raise money for a charitable cause. Earlier this year, the popular meme “Coffin Dance” was sold as an NFT and $250,000 from its proceeds were donated to “Come Back Alive” charity fund.

If you want to own a piece of internet history, the auction begins on November 18th at 1 PM New York Time.In the meme-time, here a couple more iterations of 'woman yelling at cat'. The possibilities are endless!
